  Q1  : How to pay express charges if we order disposable Spo2 sensor samples?
  A1  : For those customers who have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, we will send the Spo2sensor samples by freight collected. If they don’t have these accounts, our customers can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will deliver the samples by prepaid.

  Q2  : How long is the lead time of disposable Spo2 sensor?
  A2  : if you order about 100 pieces, the lead time is within a week. Also, if you order over 1000 pieces, the lead time is about 30 days.

  Q3  : What is your term of payment? A: Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight.

  A3  :For regular orders, we prefer 70% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
